We will discuss your medical history, nutrition and health goals and current eating habits. After, you will receive a written summary of personalized recommendations. Includes 30 days of email communication with Jen. Note: All services are by phone or Zoom. When you purchase your service, you will be contacted to book your consultation. New client form will need to be completed prior to visit.
